To create an on-going experience for women with a desire to reclaim their joy on the island of Maui.

Your Facilitators
Robin Garrison is a mother of 5, massage therapist, midwife, and Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse who has served the Maui community in this capacity for the past 5 years. Facilitating groups is Robin’s favorite passion. She has facilitated groups of massage students, expectant moms, doctors, nurses, women’s groups and community members for over 20 years. Robin loves to share her joy and passion for life. Her birth moms, massage students and hospice patients have taught her the greatest lesson, to live in the moment and to find joy in all things.
Emily Thiroux Threatt is a Lecturer at California State University, Bakersfield. She Founded the Focus on Women conference in Bakersfield. She taught Childbirth Education classes, writing classes, online classes, and nursing assistant classes. Her passion is writing, having published 3 books, teaching, and creating ceramics. She supported her mother, aunt and two husbands through their transitions.Through these experiences she discovered the beauty of living in the moment and living in joy.
